Monday the 29th of April is International Dance Day, an annual celebration of dance! The day aims to promote the art of dance around the world, encourage participation and education in dance through events and festivals, and highlight the cultural significance of dance as an expressive art form.
It is one of the oldest languages that unites people across all political, cultural, and ethnic barriers! And is also a great form of exercise - basically, dancing rules and here at Sanctuary we want to see your best moves...
How to get involved
We are giving away £5 vouchers to any students who sends us a photo or clip of them dancing - it can be any form of boogieing, whether it's a solo sesh in the mirror or a cha cha slide on the dancefloor with your friends, we want to put together a compilation to celebrate dancing on our Instagram!
You've got till Friday 3rd May to enter, please submit your photos/clips to our Instagram - @sancstudents along with your email to receive your voucher.
