You will find your address on the front of your welcome pack. When having mail sent to you, please ensure you provide the correct address for your flat.

Ensure all letters and parcels are delivered directly to your flat, unfortunately reception cannot accept these on your behalf. If a signature is required and you’re not home the Royal Mail or courier will leave a card under your flat door explaining how you can retrieve your mail.

There are three laundry rooms on site; one in the Central Services Building and two at the Winton Drive blocks, which are open from 7am to 10pm (last wash at 9:30pm) daily. Machines are card or app-operated with charges and instructions displayed within the room.

Recycling facilities are available on-site, purple bins for glass and light blue for paper, plastic and cans.

Recycling boxes can be found in your kitchen, please use them and empty them regularly into the appropriate bins. Domestic rubbish should be disposed of using the green bins located in the bin sheds. There’s a bin in the kitchen as well as one in your bedroom, it is your responsibility along with your flatmates to empty these regularly.

Note: Make sure you only recycle clean, dry, grease-free items.

We have designated bicycle storage areas in Bellshaugh Court and opposite block 24 in Winton Drive to safely store your bicycle, but please note that spaces are limited. Please do not chain your bike anywhere else throughout the site, such as railings.

You can use your bedroom key to open the locks for the bike sheds. You will also require a code for the padlocks. This can be obtained from Reception when you register your bike. We ask that you buy a lock to secure it in the bin sheds. Please do not keep bikes in your flat or anywhere they may block stairwells or emergency exits.

A weekly cleaning service is provided for the kitchen in your flat and communal areas, but residents are responsible for maintaining the flat, their rooms and bathrooms to a reasonable standard. Your flat will be serviced by the same General Assistant unless annual leave or staff training affects this, in this case, another member of our team will service the flat

Cleaning staff are responsible for the stairwells and laundry rooms at both sites. Upon arrival, one bin liner and one toilet roll are provided, one bin liner will be provided at each service but please supply your own after this. You are responsible for keeping your flat clean and tidy - please ensure you wash up after yourself and also put things away.

Information can be obtained from Reception and can be found in the QR Code on your key pack.

We are obliged to carry out weekly fire alarm testing in your block, this will take place on a Wednesday morning.

Visitors and Guests - are allowed to stay for a maximum of 3 nights but you must register your guest at reception who will record this information, in case of an emergency event. You should also make your flatmates aware that you will have a guest in the flat.
