The office is manned with 24hr security and the emergency number is available by the intercom outside the building.

You can collect your post anytime; 24hrs, anytime and day during the week. You will be notified by email once we receive your post. Any letters will be posted in the letterbox under your flat number.

The laundry room is located on A floor. You will need to download the app and will need to have a card to top-up to make use of the laundry service. All instructions are located inside the laundry room.

Unfortunately, we do not have any recycling facilities on site. My advice would be to get in touch with the university, who may have more information regarding this.

We currently don’t have any bike storage on site, and are working on this.

Our housekeeper cleans only the communal area around the building. It is your responsibility to ensure your room and flat is clean and tidy.

Once you check in you are given information regarding how to connect to the Wi-fi. There are also instructions posted by the lift and next to the reception.

Our fire alarm gets tested every Thursday afternoon; 12pm.

You are allowed guests to stay up to 3 days; after this you will need to communicate with your flat mates if they are ok with this. No guests under the age of 18 are allowed, even when supervised.

Please pre-book the common room if you wish to use this for socials or events. You can pre-book by completing a form down in the reception office.

Please ensure any posters are stamped by the university; UB and inform the reception prior to posting posters around the building.
