Hot water is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The building supplies each flat and room with electric heating. All rooms are equipped with electrical heaters.
How can I contact my reception? Reception at Manna Ash House is open from 8am until 8pm, Monday to Friday except bank holidays. The on-site team can be contacted by:

If you require any assistance out of office
hours, you can contact the security on 0207 655 6960, or approach the
reception in person to speak to the Security officer on duty.

Coopers Court is an unmanned site, when ordering post, you
will need to be available to collect the package at the time of delivery.
Alternatively, you can get any post delivered to Don Gratton House and collect
from the reception there. Please make
sure the following details are included in your address when you are having

Each kitchen is provided with a recycle bin (green bag). You can recycle glass, paper, card, tin and plastic. Cardboard boxes, please flat them and leave them in your kitchen as we provide daily rubbish collection Monday to Friday except bank holidays. You can recycle batteries in most supermarkets.
NOTE: Ensure you
only recycle clean, dry, grease-free items.
Bicycles can be kept on-site in designated areas; however availability is limited. Please do not keep bikes in your flat or anywhere they may block stairwells or emergency exits. Please use a lock to secure your bike. You will need to register your bike with us at reception, any unregistered bikes will be removed and may be disposed of. Compensation will not be offered under any circumstances.
NOTE: E-bikes and
E-scooters are not allowed on site. The bike storage is located in the car park.
The communal areas of your flat and block will
be cleaned on a weekly basis, however you are responsible for keeping your flat
clean and tidy. Please ensure you take responsibility for your own washing up
and put things away. We do not provide cleaning services within your room. We will carry out flat and room inspections regularly to
ensure the level of cleanliness is acceptable.
Our WiFi provider is
Glide. You will need to download the app which will provide further information
on how to register your devices and connect.
Fire alarms are
tested on a weekly basis, on Wednesday at 3pm. 2 call points are tested each
time.
All visitors must be signed in at reception when they arrive. You can have one guest stay at a time and they can stay in your room for up to three consecutive nights. Lending of rooms (subletting) or keys is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all guests and must always accompany them while on-site. Under-18s must not stay overnight.
Note: Guests may be asked to leave if they
are disturbing staff or other students or are unaccompanied.
