Yes. If there will be any maintenance works – we will let you know in advance and provide alternative heating and water solutions.

Alliance House, 44-45 Newington Green, N16 9QH. Don’t forget to include your room number!

We use Parcel Tracker to send emails out when you receive parcels. Letters and small parcels are placed in the letterbox for your specific flat.

There are recycling bins in your kitchen, please use them!

Please ask for a bike tag at reception – then this will need to go on your bike to avoid removal from the bike storage area.



Your kitchen will be surface-cleaned every week by our hard-working staff.

There are no gym facilities.

Fire alarm tests will be performed every Wednesday around 2pm.

Guests can stay up to 3 nights per week. Guests must be signed in and out at the reception and will need to be accompanied by the resident.

We provide kitchen appliances, hobs, ovens, microwave, fridges and freezers. You will need to buy your own kitchen utensils and bedding.

Yes, you can book the common room for social gatherings, e.g. birthdays, religious events, movie nights, etc. Just ask at reception for a common room booking form.
