Everything you need to know

Moving away from home and into halls of residence can be scary, but we're here to give you the best chance of settling in right away from the moment you collect your keys. 

Before you arrive at your halls of residence, you should complete your online induction. This will include everything you need to know about living in halls, from communal living to fire safety. 

How do I complete my online induction? 

We will email your online induction to you a few weeks before you're due to move into your Sanctuary Students accommodation. All you have to do is log in to your account using the username and password that we sent to you when you secured your spot in our halls. 

Why should I complete the online induction? 

Completing your online induction before move-in day will speed up the process on the day. The online induction will tell you everything you need to know about your room, our halls, communal living, fire safety and security, so it's well worth doing. By completing the induction, you'll know exactly what to expect when you arrive, making the move-in process as smooth as possible. No-one wants to be filling out forms and queuing!
