All parcels can be collected from the Marybone 2 reception during office hours and letters will be posted through the flat door by Royal Mail.

You will need to download an app called Circuit GO to use the machines.

There are red bins, some for general waste, some for recycling and then green wheelie bins for food waste. We will also be getting bins for glass recycling on the 29th September 2025. There is a bin for each type of waste and a food caddy in each flat, so you should be able to recycle responsibly.

Bicycles can be kept on-site in designated areas. Please do not keep bikes in your flat or anywhere they may block stairwells or emergency exits. Please use a lock to secure your bike. Contents insurance does not cover bicycles or any other form of vehicle.

No – students are responsible for cleaning their flats.

The gym in Marybone 3 is available to all residents daily between the hours of 7am - 11pm

Yes, every Wednesday lunchtime.

Guests can stay in your room for up to two consecutive nights max, and you will need the permission of the Accommodation Manager. Please give us 24 hours’ notice if you are having a guest stay overnight.

We do not offer parking, but a parking permit for the street can be requested from Liverpool City Council.

There is a reset button next to each heater that must be pressed. The heaters are on a timer so they are not left permanently on.
